Hi,

Im trying to start a new network game with a mate, but whenever he trys to join he gets ***this*** error. I currently have another game running with no problems and he had one going until he suddenly started getting this message whenever he trys to join.

We both use the beta patch and have done on other net games.

Any ideas what the problem is?

There are two beta patches now, make sure your both using the same one. Next time use the help thread mate :thup:.

iam having problems with a network game also. We both have the same version FM2008 game and when he joins server (my computer is the server)...it shows up on mine as he a unemployed client. On his however the curser turns into a football and then crashes or took him on one occassion to type his name and details and then wouldnt let him??? We had the same prob on FM2007 but we sorted that time when I forwarded some ports......could this be the same error but more ports need forwarding or can the same ones be left as they are??

If you are you having problems then please post in the help thread? You would realize this if you had bothered to read our forum header instead of just ignoring it.
