Well you clearly didn't read everything or you just decided to ignore everything & post your own thread instead of asking for help within the help thread, I'll let you decide which you did but your first port of call is actually <STRIKE>re-reading</STRIKE> reading the help thread as it has a guide & if you still can't sort it ask for help there. But remember you can't get help if you don't tell us anything about your setup.
