Welcome to the forums,
eevon. All tutes are good tutes (if you learn something)!
the prisoner,
The Replace Color dialog is rather like a combination of the Magic Wand and Hue/Saturation... dialog. Use the eyedropper to select the color you want. Add colors or subtract colors by using the other + or - eyedroppers or hold down the Shift key for adding and the Alt (Option) key to subtract colors and then click with the eyedropper tool. Fuzziness is equivalent to Tolerance in the magic wand tool. I keep the window in the dialog set to Selection. Once you have the selection you want, use the sliders to change colors. If Preview is checked you will see the changes in your open image. One last tip. If you have selected too much and just want to start over hold down the Alt (Option) key and the Cancel button turns to Reset.
Cheers!
