Therefore, the third placed team in serie B will take the place of Roma and there is a vacant slot in the serie B. Serie B crisis - with issues on who will take up the vacant slot in serie B, Nova Invicta have stepped forward and have claimed their space in serie B and fifa have decided to rule in favour.
