Can Rangers and Celtic hack in in England (Holiday Game)
Hi,
This is a short experiment aimed at seeing whether the big 2 from Scotland Rangers and Celtic can survive in the English leagues.
There has been talk for a while regarding their chances of winning the premiership, however English league rules state you have to work your way up, therefore the 2 teams have been placed in the Conference North (Rangers) and South (Celtic). I could have put them lower, but wanted to keep track of league positions straight away.
I will update after every season, providing as many screenshots as possible, I will also run the Scottish leagues (Carnoustie and Tayport), have been added to Scottish League 3 (with the other divisions being filled on reputation)
Other leagues being run are :
France
Germany
Holland
Italy
Portugal
Spain
I can provide some screenshots from these where possible.
On with the first season.
NB I have had to run a number of seasons because of work commitments I am now in 2019, so I will do yearly updates (I won’t look ahead) to see how they progress.

The Johnstones Paint Trophy replaced the FA Trophy as the cup both teams should have a chance of winning. But surprisingly Rangers reached only the second round, and Celtic fell in the first.
Conference South 2007
Conference National 2008
FA Trophy 2007, 2008
A Comment
Is the reputation of the clubs already falling off, apart from the League Cup neither side managed a cup run, losing relatively early on in all competitions.
