A Sign Up Holiday Game Thingy With A Bit of A Dfference
OK i first started typing this in the "Challenges / Sign-Ups / Holiday Games *official* ideas thread." then i got carried away and it turned into a full fledged idea.

Was thinking about startng a sign up similar to the create a striker from a small country sign up. Gutted i missed that one by the way.
Anyway...

The Basic Idea
-30 players sign up as a player in any position with any nationality (barring the top 15 nations in the fifa rankings)and they all start at any club that is in the lowest manageable league from the following list of countries
England
Italy
France
Germany
Sweden
Brazil
Spain
Argentina
-All players will start off with the CA of 80 and PA of -10 (potentially 170-200 i believe).
-You will only be able to choose 5 stats for the player. one at 20, 18, 15, 12, 10. These can be either Physical, Mental or Technical. All other stats will be random.
-You can allocate a total 100 points between the 9 Person Data Attributes (Adaptabilty, Ambition,Controversy, Determination, Loyalty, Pressure, Professionalism, Sportsmanship, Temperament)
-The only language a player will speak is his home nation. Only one Nationality may be chosen.
-All the players will be 14 at the start of the game. You can choose the date and month of birth.
-You may choose the height and weight of the player.
-Each Player may only have a max of two positions
-Each player may choose 1 preffered move
-A total of 3 fav people, 3 disliked people, 1 fav club, 3 disliked clubs.

I plan on running the game over night as a unemplyed holiday manager. i will do one update at the end of the season and at the start of the following season to update you on possible transfers in the close season.
My aim is to run this until all playing personel have retired either all together or gone into staff roles and then maybe further depending on how many stay on after retiring.

You might want to allow a second EU nationality, Boskovic. Otherwise, once their contract runs out, they will be unable to sign a new one, will be released, and then, in all likelihood, retire. Not exactly fun to have happen.

good point, ill give them the second nationality of the country they start in or maybe a few days short of gaining that nationality.

Apollo Farstriker, Apollo to his friends, grew up in San Salvador. The Captial of El Salvador. His family were poor and his father ran with a local gang who had offered protection to his young family. Apollo's family never sent him to school and he got his education on the streets. He spent most of his youth kickng a ball about with his brothers. He had shown great potential but he had never dreamed of what he could achieve. He had always assumed he would end up in a gang like his father and probably dead before he was 30.
It was not until Apollos father and younger brother were killed in a raid by a rival gang that his mother decided they had to get out of El Salvador. They left a week after the funeral, headed for mexico. Apollo was just 13.
They never made it to Mexico but did encounter an English business man on the way. He had found them walking down a main road and offered them a lift. They got talking and he paid for them to stay at his hotel. He was on the way to the airport to fly home to England. in the week they spent together the Englishman grew fond of Apollo's mother and he offered to take them to England to work for him. Due to passport problems they couldnt travel straight away but 3 months later they touched down Manchester Airport and were driven to Chester where the man lived. His Mother was to be the buisiness mans personal assistant. Apollo was just short of his 14th birthday and because he could only speak Spanish the man hired a home tutor. Apollo never shown much interest in most subjects but found he had a knack for languages. He could already speak basic English. He had also been playing football for a Sunday League side called Hopefarm Hotspurs in Ellesmere Port and had been attractng attention from some scouts. By the time he was 14 he was speaking fluent English and had signed for minnows Vauxhall Motors who play their football in the Blue Square North and are based in Ellesmere Port. His Mother s due to be wed to Daniel the Businessman next year.
