Ok This is my first post for a challange so if its been done just ignore.

Objective

To assemble a U-18, U-19 or U- 21 Squad To Carry Out the Following:-

Win The U18,U-19- or U-21 Leauge once.

Win The U18, U-19 or U-21 Cup Once.

By Season 3 or 4 U must win the top league e.g Prem, Serie A etc.. etc...

By Season 5 U must Win Champions league

By Season 6 U must do the Treble or Quad Depending on Country

Rules

You Can Take Control Of any side except the top 5 in any country according to media predictions at the start of the game!

Only 2 players from the squad in Season 3 Can Be Kept for Season 4 !!

Only 3 Players from the youth programme is to play resrve or first team football until season 3.

For Fun

Try It With Internationals Get a U-21 Squad and keep them all togehter from the start of the game and premote all of them at the Same Time !!

You state you need to build up the kids seasons 1-3 and then from season 3-4 you can only chose 2 players from the squad from season 3 to go into season 4. Whats the point?

I understand what you are wanting to achieve but I dont think you have got it put over correctly. For a similar challenge see the one by stephanie mcmahon (sp) made again for FM08
