The Aim :

The aim is to start as a league 1 team and end up winning the premiership only using players over the age of 32. Any team from League 1 can be selected but when your put in the world of the English Premier League experience is needed but so is youth.

The Rules :

Every Signing bought or loaned as to be the age of over 32.

Selling Players is allowed so you can sell all your star players at 23 for example.

All English Leagues have to be loaded from the prem to blue square north/south.

The game will be ran on Football Manager 2008.

Post a screenshot of your manager profile , transfers in and Players Profile of ypur signing.

How To Post A Screenshot :

While in FM, press the 'Prt Sc' button (usually next to F12 on your keyboard).


Open an image editing program such as Paint and paste the image


Save the file as a JPEG


Upload the image to an image hosting website such as Photobucket or Imageshack


Post the direct Url to the image here.


Rules For Thread :

Screenshots for anything nis encouraged

At A End Of a season please can you write a season review of screenshots of maybe a cup win or just a amazing match also league tables etc.

Discussion of Tactics or Your summer signings is allowed.

I was thinking about doing a challenge like this but the opposite as in using only under 20s. I might try this if I get bored with my current save!

A youth challenge would be better

This one was good, but started too late not long before FM 07 came out. See the link-

It would work a lot better on FM 07 and 08 as every club gets a group of youth players every season, back on FM 06 it was only the big clubs that got any.

Maybe the age should be reduced to 30! Might make it more appealable
