I couldn't beleive my luck with this one. When Joe responded to my advert, i could hardly contain myself.
He gets a step up from youth coach, and i get an assistant i can see being good enough all the way to the premiership.

Kept up our fantastic form, 12 league games, 10 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw :thup:.

Also beat Brentwood 3-1 in the FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round, got the 3rd round of the quals coming up against Havant & Waterlooville.

We're going by the philosophy that if they score, we must score more! Got a rate of scoring 2.6 goals/game and conceding 1.2 goals/game, barely any clean sheets so far. There are also lots of high scoring 4-3s we've been involved in, two of those wins for us, including a win over at-the-time leaders Dorchester.

Is the Setanta Shield a new cup/trophy for this season? Or has it previously been under a different name?

No games played at senior level. Must be a bug.

I'm not sure whether offering him a new contract will fix it.

after no real game time yesterday cos of the rugby, i've finally completed my pre-season programme as Worksop. what can i say?? we lost the first 4 matches, only to turn a corner with a tweak of tactics in order to win next 2 and draw final match:
