The only file requires is the changes.txt file which should be a text file in the 'text' format.

you install it to your PC, its an .exe file.

or just use my updates if you want the game to be up to date...

its rather quite easy it you use a few brain cells all at once. take a look in 'Mightyowl28 close season update thread' and download the latest update following instructions also in hat thread
