Rangers again failed to convert numerous chances but also played fairly flat aswell. Kily Gonzalez put them infront after 50mins through good work by Frau but it was Roy McBain who leveled for Caley in the 79th min as it finished a 1-1 draw.
Rangers ran out 3-1 winners at Fir Park against Motherwell. A horrorible error by Graeme Smith when motherwell looked to be back in the game on the 50th min let Prso net his 2nd and put Rangers 2-0 up, that was the turning point, Paterson restored hope but sub Novo made sure of all 3 points.
Motherwell 1-3 Rangers - Fir Park
Goals - Prso(2), Novo
Injuries - Mark Wilson
MoM - Dado Prso(9) - Rangers

Rangers were lucky to escape with a victory against Kilmarnock despite dominating the 1st half. Mark Wilsons penalty was saved halfway through but it was tapped in by Frau on the rebound. Superb vision by Kris Boyd found Ian Murray to make it 2-0 at Half time. But in the 2nd half Kilmarnock missed 6 good chances and Rangers had Stefan Klos to thank on the most part for keeping it level.
Rangers signed Scott Brown for 275k today from Hibs. Rangers had enquired about the young Hibee and as Hibs gave up hope of keeping him they offered him to all interested clubs and Rangers bid was the only acceptable one.

10/9/05 Rangers survive late scare
Rangers raced into a 3 goal lead after 24mins at the Falkirk stadium. Scott Brown opened the scoring after 13mins. Mark Wilson also got his 1st for the club 5mins later then an OG from Potter gave Rangers a comfortable lead. But just before halftime Falkirk got one back and McGarry netted with 5mins to go but Rangers survived.
Rangers gave away two penalties of which the 2nd was converted with 20mins to go. Rangers had chances but couldnt convert and will feel annoyed by their lackluster 2nd half performance as they could have got something from this.
