Rangers had the lead after 3mins but were pegged back 2mins later. McCormack had them 3-1 up but they were again pegged back at 3-2 but Barry Ferguson scored just before halftime to round things off.

Goals - McCormack(3), Ferguson
Injuries - Kily Gonzalez - Rangers
MoM - Ross McCormack(10) - Rangers

Rangers show class to upstage Chelsea

Adrian Mutu was man of the match against the side he was sacked from almost two years ago. Mutu was on fine form as Rangers hit back from a goal down. Arjen Robben had put Chelsea, who had just gone down to 10 men, in front right on the halftime whistle but an angry team talk by manager Andrew McKissock seemed to get the perfect message accross as Rangers came out for the second half full of passion. Freddy Guarin netted a superb freekick on 56mins. Rangers then went infront as Mutu set up Captain Barry Ferguson on 66mins. Sub Scott Brown could have wrapped it up 10mins later but failed to slot past Cech.

Rangers 2-1 Chelsea - Ibrox

Goals - Guarin, Ferguson
Injuries - Julien Rodriguez, Pierre Alain-Frau - Rangers
MoM - Adrian Mutu(8) - Rangers

Rangers steal win infront of expanded stadium

Rangers 8000 extra seats were today opened to the public in time for the Rangers vs Hearts match. Rangers were lucky to escape as winners 2 goals in the last 2 mins won them it. Sub Ross McCormack came on and tormented the Hearts defence before lobbing goalkeeper Scott Carson from the edge of the area. Perhaps a little harsh but Scott Brown added a second a minute later and that sealed it for sure.

Rangers 2-0 Hearts - Ibrox

Goals - McCormack, Brown
Injuries
MoM - Andy Webster(8) - Rangers

McKissock inspires Gers to comeback

The first old firm derby of the season did not disapoint today as a story more like a soap opera unfolded. Rangers were 2 down, a John Hartson double after only 8 minutes. Rangers hit back immediately through Dado Prso. The goals dried up till halftime when McKissock unleashed on his team. Rangers came out again like a team possesed and Rangers began to dominate. Prso netted again to level things up, 2mins later it was Mutu who scred. Scott Brown added another and Thomas Buffel completed the 5-2 rout.

Rangers 5-2 Celtic - Ibrox

Goals - Prso(2), Mutu, Buffel, Brown
Injuries - Craig Gordon - Rangers
MoM - Dado Prso(9) - Rangers

European Champions Crushed!!

Juventus were thrashed by Rangers at Ibrox in another sensation European night. This time last year Rangers had just picked up a draw with Real Madrid. Freddy Guarin set the ball rolling, he netted a superb header just inside the Juve box. Rangers were two ahead after 14mins when Thomas Buffel snuck into the box on a defenders blind side and smashed home. Manuele Blasi cut the deficit in half just 2 mins later but Rangers went 3-1 ahead as Dado Prso slashed home after an Adrian Mutu, who used to play for Juve, through ball as he had capitalised on a defensive error. Fernando Ricksen was fouled in the box and took the pen himself and missed, but Mutu passed from the rebound straight to him and he made no mistake. All before halftime!.

Rangers 4-1 Juventus - Ibrox

Goals - Guarin, Buffel, Prso, Ricksen
Injuries
MoM - Fernando Ricksen(10) - Rangers

Rangers stunned by turnaround

Rangers were stunned as they threw away a 2 goal lead at Pittodrie. Rangers were in cruise control as they lead 2-1 at half time. Oskitz and Frau had Rangers easily infront but Lovell restored hope. In the second half Lovell netted very early on and then McPake scored to put Aberdeen ahead and Darren Prately finished it with a sublime freekick.

Aberdeen 4-2 Rangers - Ibrox

Goals - Oskitz, Frau
Injuries - Freddy Guarin - Rangers
MoM - Steve Lovell(9) - Aberdeen
