Volgar collect another 3 points as they brush aside Chkalovets 4-2 this afternoon.

Volgar openingthe scoring after 10 minute when Amirov slices a goal home on the touchline. Volgar's lead was extended 18 minutes later when Morozov nets a well placed penalty. Demkin looked promising all afternoon for the visitors and there was no surprise when he pulls a goal back on 43 minutes.

It was second half madness for the visitors which was made worse following the sending off of Kruzhnov. This led to Volgars 3rd goal and Uzdenov's fitst. Demkin continues to frustrate the home side and pulls a goal back. 77 minutes on the clock and the visitors are reduced to 9 when Shmukov is dismissed for unsporting behaviour.

The rout was finished on 92 minutes when Uzdenov nets his 2nd and Volgar's 4th.

"A good performance, I can't complain. Demkin was their best player by far, I wish we could sign him, but he's out of our price range at the moment. The season is continuing to be good and we must continue to press forward."

"Did you know she was married to a member of the board?"

"Well then, they have the power to do what they want, they aint bothered about the way you have performed, they have just instructed me to tell you, your out....I'm sorry to have be the bearer of bad news"

"I can't believe this I haven't done anything wrong, its a fix, whats going on, after all I have done, they can't be bothered to come and see me, they send you.. I think its disgusting, this is not the last of this. Everybody will hear about it. God I'm fuming, get out, get out"

I write a letter to the Russian FA claiming unfair dismissal claiming that there is no reason why I should be fired. I must at least receive some compensation. I ponder about what to do next, Volgar had given me my break.

I have a sneaky thought that Duwana has something to play with this stunt. I don't know what it is but I have my suspicion.

I await a response from the Russian FA as I wonder about my next move, I now have recent experience although will somebody employ anyone who has been sacked for apparently have a relationship with one of the Board Members wives..

Dear Mr Zitface

Further to your recent complaint I write to advise you that the Russian FA have considered the contents of your letter and wish to invite you to a meeting to discuss the matter further.

The meeting will be held on 24th October 2006 @ 1000 hours at the Russian FA Headquarters, Red Square, Moscow.

The purpose of the meeting is to obtain further information into your claims of unfair dismissal by Volgar who you were employed as manager.

You are entitled to bring a union representative or solicitor with you to this meeting.

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter I would appreciate if you could confirm your attendance to this meeting.

The eagerly awaited meeting with the Russian FA is here. I get dressed up in my best gear in fact its the same outfit that the Board from Volgar saw me at the awards cereomy. I catch the tube to Red Square its massive. It's not very often I get the chance to travel to the capital things are a lot more expensive there and there's no real need to go. However today is different. I needed to clear my name. I feel that I have been unfairly sacked by the Volgar Board and I want everybody to know.

The Russian FA building is in the corner of the square I thought it would be a small office block, but no a multi story building and an expensive one as well. I walk through the revolving doors up to the reception desk, straightening my tie on the way. The marble floor sparkling clean. Each step I made to the desk sounded around the area.

"Good morning, my name is Slobadan Zitface I have a meeting with Mr Spot"

"Take a seat Mr Zitface I'll ring his secretary to let him know that your here."

I sat in one of the leather reclinable settee's they were that comfortable I did not want to move when the receptionist informed me that Mr Spot was ready to see me. "You need to take the lift Mr Zitface and its the 5th floor, Mr Spot's personal assistant will be there to greet you."

"Thanks, you've been so helpful"

The lift door bell rings 5th floor. The doors slowly open and I walk out. An elderly lady (she looked about 60) greets me. "Mr Zitface, I take it"

"Yes it is"

"Mr Spot is just finishing off his meeting he won't be long, can I interest you in a drink whilst your waiting"

"Yes please, have you got a cold drink I don't drink much tea or coffee."

"I'll see what I can get for you" she picks up the phone and within a couple of minutes an orange juice was placed in my hands. Around the room various pictures of famous Russian footballers and replica trophies. The room was magnificient I never dreamed I'd be here. The nerves had started to kick in I could not sit still. The more I tried to relax the worse I got.

"Arrr, Mr Zitface so glad you could make it" said a man's voice behind me.

"Hello, pleased to meet you"

"Come into my office, bring your drink with you and relax, you look all nervous, whats wrong with you lad"

"Well I don't know what your going to ask me"

"I have read your letter and have spoken to the officials at Volgar and they have a different opinion to you. Obviously any decision I make goes to the FA board for scrutiny. I want to get all the facts first before making a decision. It maybe necessary to call a further meeting with both parties present to clarify any issues that need further discussion. I take it you have not got a problem with that"

"No sir, I want this sorted, I think that I have been treated unfairly and do not like what has happened, I feel that this needs to be sorted before I can move on"

"Ok, So how long had you been at Volgar"

"A couple of months, not long enough to have made an impression, we were doing ok in the league just outside playoffs and I had steered the club to a cup match against CSKA Moscow."

"How did you get the job?"

"Well, I was approached by Ms Duwana Rider who I thought was a member of the Board at the FMS awards ceromy. It was a bit strange really who she came upto me, but she made the initial enquiry. I met the board a couple of days later and was duly appointed."

"You say Ms Rider approached you?"

"Yes that's right she recognised me from a club that I visited a long time ago"

"Ok, strange this, so Ms Rider knew you before you were appointed?"

"Yes that is correct"

"And how did you feel the Board handled your appointment"

"I think that just wanted somebody in quick and on the cheap. I was available and willing to take the challenge, it was handed to me on a plate so I snatched it"

"And your relationship with Ms Rider?"

"It was good, there was no problems"

"How good?"

"I don't know what you mean"

"How can I put it? Was it a sexual relationship?"

I laugh "No, of course not, we flirted but that was it, there was no relationship other than a working relationship, she was the only board member who used to speak to me on a regular basis. I don't know where this is leading"

"Ok, Volgar claim that you are involved in a sexual relationship with Ms Rider who is a member of the Board and also married to the club chairman. They claim that you have caused major embarrasment to the club by flirting in open public, namely an away trip in front of the players. Obviously the chairman is utterly disappointed and has sacked you"

"But.....But its wrong"

"Hang on Mr Zitface.... They claim that you have made various attempts to sneak Ms Rider into your hotel room during away trips"

"I don't think so, this is ridiculous, this is all wrong"

"If this information is correct then I can only suggest that you leave Volgar quietly, to mess around with the board in any club is unthinkable they have the strings and you are the puppet, when they say jump you jump, its as simple as that. However if the facts are incorrect then you may have a case. I suggest meeting in 3 days time with the club and attempt to get to the bottom of this saga. I have never come across anything like this before and its quiet a sensitive issue"

"But....You haven't really heard what I've got to say"

"I've heard enough and I'm not going to be able to make a decision until both parties are in the room. Ms Mole can you escort Mr Zitface out please."

I am escorted to the lift and face a journey home, I have been stiched up by the blonde tart she has instigated this. I knew it, I just hope she is in the meeting, I have nothing to lose. I want revenge.

Showdown at the FA

I walk into the Russian FA building, its becoming a regular thing twice in three days. I'm not at all bothered what is awaiting me, its the first time since my unbelievable sacking that I will be in front of those Volgar board staff. The receptionist recognises me and directs me again to the lift and to the 5th floor no chance of a relax in the leather chairs today.

As I leave the lift I look at my watch I'm only, I was originally going to turn up late and make a grand entrance but I couldn't trust these people about talking about me behind my back.

The old woman has already got me an orange juice ready. "Your early" she comments.

"Yeah I know, better to be early than late"

The lift door bell goes and out walk the mob. Led by Mr Astrakahm the Chairman hes followied closely by three little dwarfs the other member's of the board. Theres no sign of Duwana.

The Volgar board staff look like their up for real business our eyes exchanging nasty glances. I wanted to go up to them and ask why but recognise the need to be called into the meeting. 10 minutes pass and still no words were exchanged.

"Do you gentleman want to go into the meeting room, Mr Spot and the rest of the team will be joining you shortly." She directs us to the corner of the suite. We walk in its a big conference room a nice long table with comfortable chairs surrounding out, football strips of national sides in frames around the perimeter of the room.

The Volgar side sit one side of the room and I sit the other. We now have to face one another. I don't let their evil stares put me off.
