Great story. How can I get the same league setup that you have running?

Is it a pain to get started?

Still going well, but a word of note, it's not popular to ask for feedback, it will come, don't worry about that. Oh and it looks a little tacky if one post only contains about two lines in it: better to add them all into one post.

You need to go to the editors forum, someone created it in there.
