Is it possible for a woman to win a fight against a man?

Now I am asking this question seriously, because I really am wondering.

I am not referring to a woman who trains and beats the shit out of a normal guy, because I am sure that is completely possible.

Can a woman who trains win a fight against a man who is also trained? I am talking, lets say, a fight with rules like UFC.

Well if you have older sister you know they can kick the shit out of you til your like 18. But yeah there are lots of buff girls out there that could proably win a fight against some real weak/feminime guys.

I mean pretty much throughout history men were bread to be the stronger sex to fight and so forth. And even in todays society its more much more common for men to fight then women so technically men should get and advantage of experience in that department.

The answer to this question is Yes. I have gone through 4 years of mixed martial arts (same as they do in the UFC but we are allowed more brutal moves) training and been defeated by women in sparing. Although the one that regularly defeated me did have more height and considerable more weight on me. If anything is holding them back genetically it is not the ability to gain muscle mass but the body fat index. Women a higher percentage fat in their body mass than men on average (I also have degree in biology). This like stacking weights on them, it slows them down and speed is the second most important factor after good technique in winning a fight. Although I will admit this can help them in the grappling aspect slightly.

So if I were to set up an average man and a woman with below average body fat index then which ever you train better will win.

And for those of you who think that just because I was beaten by a woman in combat and therefore am not a good fighter, can keep in mind that I can take 3-5 average people at the same time in an unarmed fight. Their is no shame in losing to any opponent. The shame is in not learning why you lost so you can fix it the next time.

Anyways I was watching Real Football Factories in Russia and there was a women in one of the firms and she said she gave beatens and took them so Yes..

Well when I was 4 yes but when I was 6 no so I didnt watch it from there but I watch if there is nothing on T.V and Im bored... and keep up to date with storylines because my nephew always asks me about it..
