Default Injury Proneness! Argh!

Is there any way of a player getting rid of this curse? It's really f**king me off. Signed Ledley King for £14M and he always seems to come back from injury and play a few games, then - BANG! Injured again! So frustrating.

I mean I know he is like that in real life but I kinda expected that he'd maybe become match fit and stay that way for a decent length. Once he is back in full training I send him to the Reserves until match fit and once he is match fit and back in my first team I introduce him slowly into games until he is pretty much able to play 90mins. Everything looks promising and then WHAMMY! he's injured again!

Will he always be this way or is there no telling?

Cheers

Thats the whole point of the injury proneness rating!

Easiest way to resolve it is to use the pre-game editor or save-game editor such as FM Modifier - however, that could be considered cheating, so another less effective way would be to employ better physios, tweak how hard his tackling is and reduce his training intensity.

Look through his injury history and see if there are any other unfortunate happenings...

Yeah I understand thats why there is an injury proneness rating, I was just frustrated and wanted advice. I'll try the training intensity/hard tackling things and see if it improves.

Cheers for the advice.
