SO i decided to start a game with Bath. I got them promoted in season 1 to the BSP, so far in the BSP i'm 8 points clear (as of march 1) and have surpassed all of the goals for cups.
now i get a message saying
"despite the positives, the fans are unhappy at bath's 2-4 FA Cup 3rd round REPLAY defeat against Leicester and you should ensure the team are aware of this."
GIVE ME A BREAK
i managed to pull out a home 1-1 draw with a championship side, and ended up losing to them on the road. the fans should be freakin delighted that i could play on the same field as them.

I don't think that makes it any better. I agree with the OP, if you're performing well above expectations and take a team from miles above you to a replay then the board shouldn't have anything to be unhappy about, certainly not the fact that you got beat away in a replay to a far superior team.

It's only trivial if the board don't choose to sack you as a result of it!

uh
it's pretty frustrating to excede expectations and then get told it's not good enough.
more over, from teh cup run i've increased our account balance to £500,000 and they wont give me anything for transfer.... i still have after spending a whopping 1k in the summer.
i accidently left my manager level at international footballer or whatever when i made this new game, so i'm getting offers to take prem and championship teams over.. i turn them all down obviously, but my team/player loyalty is at NINE(9). seriously?
I got sacked at the end of my first season as rangers because they wanted to get to the champions league group stage I didnt but won the uefa cup and the league which I thought would be a good thing I agree with Jase19 the boards are to tough to please
