Spain (two leagues only)
Holland (I'm not sure maybe only one)
England (from League 2)
maybe France too (first league only)

That said, usually I play with English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Belgian... then either Argentinian or Portuguese, all with the maximum leagues selected.

It generally runs quite slow but I like to have the choice of leagues to switch to when I get a bit bored. I usually have the Belgian league running just so i can see how my loan players are getting on in more detail.

When I play Leeds I had english League One to this! I see you guys play a lot more leagues. Isn't the too slow?
