I now want 2 stay as barca manager but also become england or spain manager i am ranked as 1 of the best managers in the world but i can not seem 2 get the job both countrys have managers. atm spain have aragonas n england im not sure but how coauld i get the job what is the best way?

In the meantime, keep building up your experience and reputation.
If you don't have English/Spanish nationality, then you may get overlooked for worse managers, but don't worry about it, they will take you on eventually.
