I was actually 120% happy with FM 2005. With 6,7 and 8, I do find things that make me not angry and keyboard crushing (You idiots) but annoyed.

But I must say that there's been the 100%-goal chance miss discussions already, there sure is some issue regarding, because missing 30 shots in goal with 5 players with long shot, finishing, composure, flair, and technique 15-20, and losing 0:2 at home, it does look retarded, specially when, aftergame, entire team gets 7-8. Now the reason why I believe it's an issue is because games with such setup, intensive assault, and plain 1 on 1, 2 on 1 bombing ended at least 3:0 on a bad day in previous versions. Definitely not 0:2.

And probably lots of people saying "hello" to it as well. I've never played this game series before two months ago and they certainly gained a new customer with me and FM08 for years to come.

I'm also a glutton for punishment and don't sleep well until I find out how to solve every little problem I encounter...

Every boards for every football/soccer management game is full of people saying the same thing... that this is the worst edition and they're throwing it out. Believe me, there is no golden game out there.
