In just short of 2 seasons at Barca i have won the champions legaue the spanish league and this season i am about to win the title and also in chamipions league semi an then i get a message sayin the board r discussing whether or not 2 offer me a contact and a list of managers who mite get the job.
I think this is a bit harsh and also when i request a new contarct they say they r not willin 2 discuss this matter even tho i only hav 1 month left on my current deal.
Also the clubs financial state is very good and i have got 80mil in the transfer budjet which i have not spent.
Any1 else not been offered a contract after doin well and do u think i will get the contrcat

Yeah mate even worse than that.
Took over the mk dons in league 2 and got a 3 year contract, the goals set was to get promoted and stabilise the club in league 1.
1st year - promoted through playoffs from league 2
2nd year - won league 1 (the one I was supposed to stabilise in in 3 years!)
3rd year - finished 10th (told at the start of the year to battle bravely against relegation)

Told the whole year the board were delighted with my progress against the long term goals.
End of the year no contract offered MKDON decide they want to go in a different direction

What r u supposed to do win the bloody champions league, its the feckin mkdons. Absolutely disgusted nearly threw myself and the laptop out the window.

don’t think I'll play again whats the point?

In my first game I thought I got shafted with Everton after getting them into CL but this is something else

Think I’ll look for a refund

I read from Amaroq in a similar post listed that the 8.01 patch addresses contracts differently than the original version.

Hopefully, this will address your situation as well.

As for me and my situation, I'll be downloading the patch and starting over. (too bad I've already spent over 60 hours on my current save)

I've never had the problem. I took Blackburn who had just won promotion into the CCC and took them up first season. Dodged relegation twice, like they asked me too and they said that they weren't going to offer me a new contract. A few weeks later, a news item said that they feared losing me! I requested a new contract and they came through with an offer.
