hi...love the game but quick question...how do i go about resting players. i know how to rest them from training but what about match conditions...is there any way to "send them home" for a few days or a week...thanks!

Um .. don't select them?

There actually is a "send home on holiday" bit, but its only available when the player is unhappy.

If you're just talking about normal fatigue, then I would suggest squad rotation as the solution, especially through December and January, as the miserable conditions and fixture congestion combine to make an exhausting grind.

You will find the option to tell a player he is going to be rested, and for how long, in the "Player Interaction" section, near the bottom.
