Default Non EU Players restrictions
Think there might me a thread on this but can anyone please tell me the the restrictions on Non EU players that you are allowed to have in your team in a specific nation/ or if the nation requires work permits / or if the country has any special laws like Italy can only sign 1 Non EU player a year:

For these: France
Germany
Holland
Russia
Ukraine
Portugal
Greece
Turkey
Belgium

Mexico and Brazil (any special rules cause ther already Non EU)

The rules are ingame. Go to the league table in those nations, and click on "Rules" on the menu.
