Default A serious bug
I was in charge at man utd and the board said i have 35 mill transfer budget and when i checked finance there is 0 so i resign added a new manager this tie they promised me 42 mill and still 0 transfer budget i never got this bug ever before and i didnt even sign a single plyer in closed window between feb and june please help any suggestions ?

Did you make a lot of transfers in the first season with "future fees", e.g., spread out over 24 months, etc?
