I was wondering if anyone had a bit of knowledge on this subject.

I am currently Wales, with only Richard Duffy as a decent right back, i decided to check out players second nationalites, i found that Andrew Davies of Middlesbrough has Wales as his second nationality.

But i cant seem to call him up, he has gathered one or two England under 21 caps, but i know for a fact this wouldnt matter in real life as he hasnt played for the senior team, but i just cant find a way to call him up, or even approach him about playing for Wales.

Any ideas?

i had this problem with bera ( whos scottish and 3nd nationality is french )

the lad opted to play for france ( now the moron wouldnt get a game for france so why )

if duffy has opted to play for england or whatever theres no way off calling him up it should tell you

I cant see such an option. The only options i get are match reports or misc, i wouldnt be that bothered if i could retrain a right footed DC at DR, but with International Management, that is not an option

Aha, found it. Getting a match report from a player will also give you his preference on an International Team, for instance it said at the bottom of his match report something like "would love to play for england one day".

I wish there was an option of telling the lad he has Bob Hope of playing for England

well bera is in a little world of his own wanting to play for france

not that i wanted him for scotland but he declared himself ready for france

Oh well at least si got the players brain cell count right on the game.
