If your a medium club go to the top clubs like, man u, inter, milan, real etc and you can sign their really good youth coaches to be your normal or 1st team coaches or assistant managers.
I always get gaudino from inter milan and make him my assistant.

Ive noticed that decent regens emerge in the first season unattached with good attributes e.g. i hired 2 scouts with at least 17 for judging both potential and current ability
