and one more thing. how can i retouching photos get frosted face(not blur) it
looks like a lot of make up is put on.
I'm new here and in pshop to [stuned] so i whant to know how can i get frosted (i dont know how does it cals but it's not blur) it looks loke a lot of make up is put on. (i'm from Latvia and i hope you'll forgive me about the speling) [righton]

Hello! you may try other filters to soften the skin: noise>median, stylize>diffuse>anisotropic

i have already tried it but it isn't the effect i whant |
look at this photo. the face skin is smooth.
and the light wich is coming from is it a lighting effect [stuned]

You mean when you take the picture? yes, you need to use a diffuse light, like a flood rather than a spot...
