Ok, I FINALLY made a tactic that works quite well...
BUT...now I'm having quite big problems with conditioning...
It's quite early in the season... (about 8 games played so far...)
Most of players that are not DCs are at around +/- 70% of their condition at the end of a match...
I AM rotating players as much as I can (so I don't hurt team's performance much...). If I'm not able to do so, I make a sub a bit sooner rather than later so I don't wear my players down...
I played ummm... 5 friendlies+1 that was played by CPU before the start of the game...
I had a strength-rich training for let's say a week and a half...
I have training on the last click on medium.
I mostly play with mixed closing down and tight zonal marking for all players...is that the reason? Tight marking? If not, I'd like someone gives me a tip or two to increase condition of my players...
