This Tactic is the best around, and belive me ive tried them all on here. nothing worked for me until now.Im playing as sunderland got relegated first season,couldnt even make the playoffs 2nd season.Found it hard to get 2 or 3 games of any consitency,then i tried this. results of my first 12 games in to the 3rd season.

won 10
drew 1
lost 1
for 36
against 10.

You should rename it to the ronseal tactic does exactly what is says on the tin.
ill keep you updated on the rest of the season.

Just a slight worry?.

Having won my first 2 pre season friendlies with absolute ease against two French top division clubs, i've struggled in my last two friendlies against somewhat poor sides.

You might be doing something wrong with the team talk etc. It is really important to do the team talk right, if you dont, no tactic will really work.

My first match with Tottenham was against Arsenal (season opener). And i just won 6-0 with this tactic. Totally brilliant. The fans really love me now, and Wenger hates me after my post-match comments

Looks like my fears were unfounded, just beat Spurs 4-0 in my first game and won 1-0 away to Man City!. :thup:

6 wins 2 draws and 1 defeat so far in my first 8 games!.

Funnily enough i'm only actually 4th in the table?.

One obvious problem that comes with using such a good tactic, i'm getting injuries galore and usually have to make all 3 subs before HT as my players keep picking up knocks?.

Actually, watching the games i've found that we give the ball away a lot, again i think this is down to the game and not the tactic, because this seems like the only way the AI can manage any efforts at goal except from distance?.

So far i've won my last 7 games since using this tactic, however i've realised that i was struggling against weaker opposition when i'm strong favourites as the direct approach of the tactic doesn't work when teams sit back. So i just take of counter attack increase the width slow the tempo and put the passing to short, 1 noth below mixed and it seems to work well.

And what about the training and other tweaks?
Is not important?
All of you who applied the tactics should have different training programs and that stuff...right?

tactic has been going well for two thirds of a season. Unfortunately the AI seems to have learned it and it isn't doing so well. Then of course you get games like these which make you want to sit in a dark room with a glass of whiskey and a revolver:
