hello! I've got a budget of about £8m (flexible though) and need some cheap but reliable players for the following positions..

ML, DC, DR and ST (pref. target man)

Recommendations would be gratefully received, my scouts are a bunch of idiots.

a good target man is andy carrol he comes good in the second season good strong striker 20 for jumping 18 for heading strength 17
