What is the best way to get best young players(regens) from all over the world?

Either use a scout program or have lots of scouts monitoring every country's U18 squad or something.

I'm only running spanish league and I don't want to cheat.

It doesnt matter what league you're running. You can still send your scouts out to any part of the world you want (unless the board has placed restricitions on where you can send them). Just choose your scout, and set him an assignment to search for players for you. I generally just set them a region/country and set an age of at most 21 and let them search for any youngster. They come back with some good recommendations. Make sure they have good attributes in Judging Play Potential and Ability. I'd say atleast 17-18 in each.

i have 7 scouts all ratings above 17/17, i even have one who has 20/20, i send them out al the time

i let them search for players between 15 and 17 years old and they come back with nobody

even sending 3 scouts to the same country searching for the above and nothing

strange imo or should i say search between 15 - 18 years old

did you set your database as small or large? thats really important

i always play with huge database and i always play with brazilian and argentinian leagues open

What club do you manage? They only find you players who they think has sufficient quality to *maybe* join the team. If you're say Arsenal or Man Utd, they'll only look for players who are good enough to play for clubs of that stature. And obviously you dont get too many kids who are good enough to play for the really big clubs. Only once in a while do these guys come along.

Also, you've given them a very small are to work with limiting them to 18 years. I'd say let them search for players not more than 21 years. 19-21 is the age where you'll find more players imo. Between 15-18, there will only be a handful that'll turn into stars and they'll only be in a few countries. So its bascially your luck if you send them to the right country. Sending a scout to Brazil or Argentina does not automatically guarantee finding good players!

no way,
my scouts always return with at least a dozen+++ kids to recommend, but all rubbish only 1 or 2 real gems all year ;-)

you're probably right maybe i should make it higher in age but i'm not going to send per region i like it per country so i'll stick with that thx
