I used to do that long time ago. but its not working well. So now I'm asking report cards of all 18 or below players to my scouts. my scouts have almost 20/20. At least all my scouts have 20 pont judgement. Actually I signed a backup player for my b league and he looked pretty good but he had 3 potential star(rated by 20/20 scout). I dont do this but I checked him on FMM and he had 198 potential. I kinda think that scout systems are messed up.

And he was like 19 back then
