My family is Cypriot, and since Cyprus has had such a..... s**t (can't think of a better word) footballing history I have decided to take control of the national team.
Unfortunately by the time I decided to take over them, it is mathematically impossible for me to get into Euro 2008 unless I win all my games and the Czech republic lose all of theirs (yeah right).
What I do is create a manager, make him take control of Cyprus. Then get him to retire. Then take my Arsenal manager and get him to take control of Cyprus so I can control Arsenal and Cyprus with the same manager.
Now assuming my Arsenal manager get's the job, I was just wondering (there's not a big chance) if anyone had actually managed Cyprus before and if there is any tips I could use? All help appreciated, I'm going to need it.

I might as well try. If I don't get accepted by Cyprus, then I'll go after the England job when McLaren get's sacked (England look like they aren't going to make Euro 2008 in my game).
