same problem as i have. in the first season and lyon just won't let him go for anything less than 40 mil, which i think is just too much, no matter how good he is.

my scout reports all say that he would be very interested in joining me, unlike bojan. yet, he is never unsettled despite me praising him. the main problem still lies with lyon's high price tag on him.

Tried to sign him before. Agreed a deal with Lyon for 24M + 10% sell on but cancelled at the last minute because I'd got Aguero by then.

i have now come to believe that teams are more willing to sell if there are many interested parties so i think if you can get about 2 other teams to be interested in him your more likely to pay a lower fee for him. maybe if you do a lot of praising and make public bids you can get this to happen then maybe benzema will come for about 25mil (hopefully)
