The sugar daddy unlock is based upon winning a total amount of Cups/Leagues etc.
A lot depends on the size of the club you initially took over - I think Southampton had just enough reputation to notch you into the upper bracket for requirements for opening the unlockable (sorry) ...
As such I think you need one or two more 'major' tropies - Champions League, Premiership Titles and the FA Cup should qualify in this bracket for you.

Marc, How many trophies is it for a team thats came right from the conference to the premier winning 90% of all trophies possible? im in the year 2016 now

You'll get a news item from your chairman indicating that he's been approached by a rich investor and asking whether you think he should accept or not.
If you accept this then sugar daddy is unlocked, if not then it remains as is (some people prefer not to use unlockables).
It also prevents people cheating by holidaying to get unlockables as if the news disappears so does your unlockable .....

K, I haven't unlocked it then =(, This is getting really annoying, 28 Cup titles and 2 League titles, Surely ill unlock it soon..
P.S : If once unlocked but missed, Can it be unlocked again?

Marc,
does this mean that I have to accept the offer (and "sugar daddy" my current save) to unlock it? Or can I accept it and then reload my old save to unlock it but keep my game "100% sugar free"?
