Can somebody please tell me if it's possible to change clubs from leagues?

I tried this:
# START CLUB CHANGES

"CLUB" "Yellow Red KV Mechelen" "Belgium" "" "" "5000" ""
"CLUB" "Yellow Red KV Mechelen" "Belgium" "" "" "" "English Championship"
"CLUB" "Barnsley" "England" "" "" "" "Belgian Second Division"
# END CLUB CHANGES

But it's not working

no it cant be done, you can only move teams to leagues in the same country as they are based
