1. Can you get Regens on FMH?
2. After 3 years as France manager, why are 3 players still banned, as they were when i first got the job? i dont include them in squads, is this why they are banned?

they are still banned as it is a bug on the game, they will never become available again

Do you get a regen when a player retires? Also, if this is the case, do the regens always play in the same position as the player that retired?

Mine are - Pascal Chimbonda (RB)
AND
Patrice Evra (D/AM L)

Ive only got Sagnol, who is retiring next season, and Moreau, who i have never heard of left at RB, Chimbonda would be my number one if he was availible!
