Is this what attributes I should look for in players?

Goalkeeper - Reflexes, Handling, Aerial
Defenders - Tackling, Strength
Midfielders - Pace, Dribbling, Passing, Crossing, Creativity
Strikers - Pace, Shooting, Technique, Strength

I would look for heading ability in defenders to and dm players
