i posted a reply on the PC/MAC Forum, but incase you didnt get it, you unlock it after being at a club for a certain amount of time, and being successful at you time there. How successful you need to be depends on ho big club you are managing, so if you are a championship/low premiership team, one or two cups plus promotion/staying in the prem should do it, whereas if you are a big club(Arsenal, Chelsea ect)you will have to win most competitions for a couple of years.


I wouldnt use it again though, because it makes the whole game very easy, and unrealistic.
