The Conference North and South aren't in the game, so they're not applicable "technically" or otherwise.

If you use the editor, you can see both conference north, and conference south teams in the game. Occasionally you play them in league cup games and one from both will get promoted to the Conference Proper.

Is it possible that if you turn off Human Sacling in preferences and get relegated from the conference then you can play in the confrence south or north?
