The England team at the moment are utterly useless. I think he should use the next two games to field some potentially good uncapped players. They can't do any worse than the current bunch.
Why is Owen still getting picked?
I'd be in favour of swapping Owen with that Sheffield Utd striker.

I had a 17 year old wonderkid that I found in an older game. In his first full season he banged in a hat full, won the premiership, won the champs league, and he scored in the semi and the final. Did he get an England call up? No. Did he get an U-21 call up? No.
As for Sharp, perhaps it's cos he plays for the blunts? Everyone knows you have to play for ManUre/Arsenal/Liverpool/Chelski to get in the England squad. It says a lot nobody else signed him on the game either.

| This is getting worse. Why 43 of all numbers? Shilton won 125 caps- England's most capped player. He also believed in diving after the ball at penalties rather than deciding before. This lunacy hasn't helped England's record at penalty shoot-outs.

Ian Taylor of the Villa side of the late mid to late 90's.
1 of the best box to box players with a great scoring record I've ever seen play.

The only striker scoring at the moment? Not scoring enough is he? He's bloody rubbish. An yes, we're as good as out the european cup, so try out some fresh blood who may actually play well together.

why has this guy not been called up in your game? it is a bug? surely there is no way he could be ignored with the way he is/was playing - Was he even called up to the squard?
