i honestly can't recall this many complaints about fm07, but i think it was due to more new players who weren't familiar with procedure (patch/update release times & appropreate whinging) than that many bugs. there have been folks who swear that they have not seen any of the reported bugs before the beta patch. i'm one of them. not denying that there were issues, but veteran fm players would find work arounds for the shot/goal ratio issue for example (not a bug, adjust your TRAINING, ffs).

anyone who buys pc games knows there will be patchable issues.

I don't see why people feel the need to miss letter out of words. It's just plain lazy.

Why shouldn't people patch the game if they feel it will fix problems they have with their game.

you exhaust them so they cant run, break down. that should do it. a brilliant suggestion, adjust the training

I think its the veteren players that have the problem with FM08 at the moment, the people that study the stats and ways of playing are the ones noticing the problems (pre and post patch), the OTF FM08 thread is full of excellent views and opinions about the game and that thread is full of people that have been around these forums for years and years.

So that's what anyone having problems with too many shots needs to do. Tire their players out until they no longer have the strength to take a shot.
