At the moment training is not at all good enough. The most in detail you can go is devising your own trainign schedules for individual players suing the slider system. I find thios far too simple and uneffective then IRL. My suggestion to SI would be to use the 2-D pitch for the training. You get to devise what each plaer/group wil do in training and you can set up a timetable. So lets say you are Liverpool manager and tomorrow you have Everton at home. You could put out your potential first eleven vs. the other of the first team squad. There could be loads of ways Si could do options for seeing matches in training and actual training. What i am saying is wouldn't it be great to devise training every day and see what is happening. I think this would be a great feature as training is a vital element in success for a manager. At the moment the current slier system doesn't help the manager know how player sare improving. Also if u see a player playing rubbish in your 'probabale' starting line-up u could take them out and put someone else in and see if they do well and you can see hwo players a improving fitness and techinically whilst seeing thier actual training. Any thoughts?
If implemented, this would have to be an optional feature, that way i could stick with the slider system. I like FM08, but i dont want the job fulltime. Taking training sessions every day sounds like a lot of work!
yes i meant to say you could leave the training whenever you want and the assistant can fill you in and of course it ould be turned off in the mu=enu. But really the current slider system is far too basic
