I'm currently managing King's Lynn and most of my players are on loan from my feeder club norwich and i've only lost three game all year. Or was i just luckly to get these players

I think your just taking advantage of the system. To your own teams betterment.
Do you feel guilty?
Because it's hardly illegal, what your doing.

Yes in most leagues you are only allowed 4 players. on long term loans.

IMO it is not the greatest idea to build your squad on quality loans each year, because eventually during your promotions you will need to own your players to be successful both on the field and financially.

Good thing about loaning them though, if they play well and like it, they may just be more interested in a permament move.

Loaned a winger from Coventry he played 4 games got selected player of the month, said it was because of me and I was his Favorite Person or whatever.

yes I think so.

I am Dorchester in conference south and have loaned a bunch of talented players who are league 1 quality!!

i'm managing in the blue square north so no restrictions:-) but i am currently scout ten players and i think i'll get two or three at least and i'm only in january. I've nearly secured promotion:-)

Its the complete opposite for me, I was only able to get two players in on loan, which were very good players, but I had people from Northampton Reserves etc rejecting me, saying they have no intention of joining my team

In Conference North/South, there are no limits to the number of loanees you can sign or play in the squad. I utilise it very well with Boston... then choose the best 4 for the next season in the Conference. Means I have to rebuild my permanent squad, though.
