Ability to adjust the budgets!!!! Even though it can be a little frustrating when you can't adjust the way you want to. For example, you've got £80k a week spare on the wage budget, but only£500k to spend on players, you go to adjust the budgets to get more spends, but it will only let you take out of the transfer kitty and put into the wage budget.

The facegen does it for me. Although it has no long term effect on the game, except your players look differnet, it is a nice feature.

Also the new confidence has the potential but at the moment is still slightly flawed, but is a nice idea if it can be implemented properly.

The "Quit game" button is good. It works well and prevents me from smashing up the keyboard.
