"I expect a win" is just broken...

I mean, you can play a team 2 divisions below you, at international level you can play a team that has a bunch of farmers playing for them while your squad has just won the WC - yet you can't beat them after telling your squad you expect a win, or narrowly beat them.

I'm experiencing almost the same, but for me it is with "You can win today".

team talk still have too big effect.. you would thought after major forum spamming about that crap they would fix it in full patch.. they didnt..

you can win only is good if you play team who is 3x stronger for you.. so you make 5 goal attemps instead of 0.. but it works 1 from 20 times anyway ..

expect a win is broken if you team is not superb morale.. sometime it have zero effect. which is good since none of team speak have positive effect before game..

Agreed. Teamtalks are just things to click through, trying to avoid the auto-lose button. I was full of optimism for this feature when it was introduced 3 or 4 years ago, but it's not come on at all. If this feature was one of my players I'd free transfer it.

Same as Serps.

I let my assistant deal with it and hope that he doesn't mess it up. More often than not he suggests the right thing, but I can never be 100% certain.

in my games, my ass man always put why cant you perform like this in every game when i am winning like mad. After that the players bitch so everytime i have only trust the ass man for the first teamtalk and the rest i handle my self.

you are generous...I'd terminate the contract immediately, even if I needed to take a loss.

i would like an bottum that auto take away all team talks.remove media in preferences.

And the broken team talk strikes again. Comfortably 2 nil up playing a crap team who are playing as they should do... and they score twice in 2 minutes to even it up and hold onto a draw thanks to those great teamtalks at halftime.
