NFL head coach you can go into training and watch the 3d training and you can interact better with chairman and you go into a board room meeting and you can interact in training aswell

i dont see how watching some blobs running around cones will help the tactical decision.

Well for a start if you could watch training games you would be able to see if players adapt well to certain tactics.

Not sure about that. I would think the ability of organising a training game (or close door friendly) and get some specific coach reports about how the player adapt the tactics would be enough.

Of course it is, but for the benefit if watching a training session on a football field or and ice rink, i think it would be a great idea.
