Raul said this in an interview yesterday and adds to comments from other players showing how things have changed on the training ground. "The coach doesn't shout at us, he talks to us as if he were just another player" said another player. Even Guti smiled at a press interview and that is something. The players are happy that they now train WITH a ball and the new philisophy is "touch, move and look for goal".
Raul is the club captain and is obviously trying to be diplomatic but when you read between the lines it makes you wonder what the hell was going on last season. Apparently, Capello would shout "I'm the boss here" at the top of his voice and training was like an army foot camp. The other rumour is that Robinho and Capello even squared up to each other near the end of the season.
Talk about a breath of fresh air.

I watched something about life in Madrid or something and there was interviews with Beckham, Robinho, Raul and Ramos the other players were translated obvisley but They were all talking about how Capello never let them leave the training ground until he was satisfied he wouldnt even let them eat.. he wouldnt let players have a laugh or nothing.... he was so strict.
