Whats up with this Hands On Approach rating, ive never understood it last year, and it kept going down, so now ive discovered the wonderful forums, and im gonna ask how do you stop your Hands On Approach from slipping, and what the hell exactly is it, cheers

Renewing contracts, arranging friendlies, and if you really want a good rating, control the reserves and under-18s.

as for control the reserves and under 18, jesus christ, it will take about 4 months to do a season if i do that haha.
