Default Away team in the World Cup?? Isn't it a neutral?

Playing in the world cup, managing Ivory Coast, vs. Chile, with Chile being the "home" team, lol. This is in 2010 mind. Now, the point/question/whatever here is how does FM still not take into consideration big international tournie's are in neutral sites? After I won the game, the postmatch knuckleheads said something like "a tough loss for Chile in front of the home fans". Dunno, I'd think it should've been changed by now....

LMAO!! I just won 1-1 (5-4p) against Portugal in the second round, and was all prepared to lose to Brazil in the 1/4's, and poof, they lost 1-1 (p) to...AUSTRALIA! Looks like we're going to the Semi's, lmao

apparently. Match is in 2 days, i'll let you know. You know who's overrated though, and understand i'm American, the US team. They smoked me 3-1, & Germany, 5-0, and Chile 1-0. Convey to Adu, golaro!, Lando...Golaro...Feilhaber (wtf?) Golaroooo. A bit irritating as i'd be pleased to see that irl, just not against my massively superior (on paper) CIV team. Oddly enuf, we also are currently the #1 team in the world (CIV), but that's cause of fifa's asstard rating system. Not so hard now that i think about it. I took over in 2008, after they'd been bounced out of the ACN (Cup of nations) in the group stage, they were ranked i'd say 26th or so. In the next 2 years, i won 20 in a row, b4 my loss to the US in the group stage of the World Cup. Now, since i won all my games, fifa's impeccable rating system comes into play. Considering that i beat Ugando, Togo, Ethiopia, CDR, in the group stages, and the only decent nat. team i played against was Nigeria, 20 in a row isn't so hard.

You do realise at the WC06 Australia only went down to Italy 1-0 in the last minute due to a ridiculous penalty. We had them on the ropes too, they were down to 10 men...

Hey we're not Brazil but underestimate us at your peril.

And McDoul, Timmy is the bomb! Overrated my arse, scores goals for fun, and a midfielder too!

won 1-0 against the Oz'erds, , the roo's, or whatever you wanna call em. Next up, Nigeria. So, the stage is set, CIV (me), vs Nigeria in the semis, with Spain vs ahem, England (w/McMuppet), lol. Interestingly, Nigeria won vs. Cameroon, 1-1, penalties deciding, England won 2-1 vs Holland, and not sure whom Spain defeated. I was actually ridiculously lucky to defeat Portugal, as the only reason i won was they had 2!!!! players sent off, lol.

On a side note, looking at the Nigeria squad, or the CIV squad, it actually makes me wonder why they don't progress further. I know a few cups back Nigeria made it to the 1/4's, but seriously, they should be rocking, Yakuba, Taiwo, Yobo, Martins, Enyeama, Mikel, Makinwa(who i signed for 1 mill from Lazio, and is sick for my team, and who's also still uncapped) i mean, seriously, I'd love to have a club squad with that talent, let alone a national team squad,

Ivory Coast wins the World Cup. After defeating Nigeria 2-1, I advanced to the finals, against Spain (who defeated England 2-0). Interestingly enough, Nigeria went on to defeat England 1-0 for 3rd place. Now, the finals were actually really really odd. Would you believe CIV 6-2 Spain!?!?!?
